Happenings at Family of God Lutheran Church

Calling all Musicians!

Do you sing, play piano, or other instrument individually
or in a group? Please prayfully consider sharing your gifts with us during worship. Summer’s a great time to do just that! Contact Pr. Jo or Shellie in the church office for more information. Thank you!

Romans, Find Freedom, Coming in July

Another “Summer School 101” offering this summer will explore the book of Romans in Romans: Find Freedom by Bill Hybels and John Ortberg. We will spend six weeks learning together as God points us to the path of freedom through the inspired words of Paul. You will discover an inexhaustible, heavenly power to break the chains that bind each of us. You’ll find forgiveness and a new future where all things are made right, and the joy of living in community with God’s people.

Pr. Jo will lead this time. Whether you are high school age or older, prayfully consider including this time into your summer schedule.

Tentative Schedule: Wednesday evenings, July 16, 23, 30, August 6, 20, and 27th at 6:30 p.m. A very light supper will be served. For more information or to pre-register contact Pr. Jo or the church office.
